  1. Pumpkin + Chia Oat Bowl

LEVEL UP: 

Loaded Pumpkin Oats

1. Prepare Pumpkin + Chai Oats

2. Add sliced banana, blueberries, and a

scoop of your favorite nut butter

3. Sprinkle cinnamon

Pumpkin Protein Balls

1. Prepare Pumpkin + Chai Oats

2. Add to a bowl with 1⁄4 cup of nut butter

and 1⁄4 cup of almond flour (option to add chocolate chips)

3. Roll into balls, refrigerate until firm
