Hot Chocolate is actually good for any time of the season, but this mexican kind always reminds me of the holidays. I love LOVE drinking it at night while watching a Christmas movie (Preferably Elf or Christmas with the Kranks) with the family along with a Rosca de Reyes. Rosca de Reyes is actually a Mexican bread with candied fruits on top and the best part is that inside this pastry there is always a little plastic baby Jesus inside. LOL Sounds weird but it’s actually one of my favorite holiday traditions, but let me not get ahead of myself though.. this post is about the hot chocolate! Can’t wait to show y’all the bigger version of this bread and the great tradition that comes behind it soon though! Anyway the recipe is in the video below 😉
