Last week I had the pleasure of attending a Curves® event with my friends for their 25th anniversary!
Working out is not for everyone however, this environment made it so easy to get your workout in for the day without feeling conscious about everyone around you. By enrolling in the Curves Fitness® Program, women are able to participate in a 30 minute, total-body workout on strength training machines. These circuit classes are designed to burn fat, increase strength, and kick start weight loss! YAS.
We got a good workout in and definitely did not feel like I was being judged on whether or not I was doing the machines correctly. Even Camille got some leg extensions in!
